Description

Architect and drive enterprise-scale IT monitoring and observability programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement observability solutions across complex environments.
• Manage and optimize monitoring stacks within hybrid and multi-cloud setups.
• Drive adoption and integration of observability tools across engineering teams.
• Operate and maintain infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in enterprise-scale IT, monitoring, or observability programs.
• Expertise with Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, ELK, and ServiceNow.
• Strong experience operating in hybrid and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware).
• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware infrastructure.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow for IT service management.
