You will manage and coordinate Site Reliability Engineering programs, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SRE programs, timelines, deliverables, and reporting.
• Support incident management, post-mortem processes, and follow-up actions.
• Track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs along with key operational metrics.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive automation, observability, and CI/CD adoption.
• Provide status updates and communication to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Cloud/Infrastructure, or related technical roles.
• 2–4 years of experience coordinating technical programs or projects.
• Familiarity with incident management, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, and reliability metrics.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, CI/CD, observability tools, and automation concepts.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and SRE/DevOps environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience managing technical initiatives in complex infrastructure environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with advanced observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, PagerDuty).
• Background in cloud-native architecture and microservices.
