Description

You own the Site Reliability Engineering function for the Salesforce Platform, ensuring stability and performance of client implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support platform-related issues and coordinate resolution with Salesforce and partners.
• Analyze upgrades and patches, performing proactive impact analysis on client environments.
• Guide client development teams on upgrade impacts to ensure timely application updates.
• Identify process improvements and support solutions to boost productivity.
• Drive enhancements to QA practices, test scenarios, and test cases for Salesforce applications.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of working experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features and configurations.
• Proficiency in Apex and SOQL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components.
• Familiarity with AppExchange.
• Ability to analyze IT environments using DevOps methodology.
• Experience enhancing Salesforce-DevOps tooling infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
