Description

You will provide 24x7x365 remote support for customer compute and network environments, focusing on incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Patch and harden operating systems and runtimes for RedHat Linux, Kubernetes, AKS, and ESXi.
• Manage patching and hardening for networking equipment including Palo Alto Firewalls, F5 Loadbalancers, Arista Switches, and Web Application Firewalls.
• Execute business continuity and disaster recovery activities, including quarterly site-to-site failover validation and tabletop exercises.
• Handle incident management tasks including fault isolation, repair, and root cause analysis summaries.
• Manage compliance documentation through PCI data creation and request collection.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SRE or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, Puppet, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Azure Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure Container Registry.
• Experience managing Azure Key Vault, Storage Accounts, and Event Hub.
• Knowledge of Cosmos DB, Elastic Search, and MySQL+Azure SQL Harness.
• Experience with MySQL+Azure SQL Redis.
• Strong technical knowledge in Azure and networking technologies.
• Demonstrable troubleshooting and fault isolation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PagerDuty, ICM, GitLab, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Programming knowledge in Python or NodeJS.
• Skills in data analysis and analytical troubleshooting.
