Description

You will lead Site Reliability Engineering projects, driving reliability improvements and automation across infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Define, measure, and track Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Facilitate post-incident reviews (PIRs) and ensure action items are completed.
• Drive initiatives to automate manual tasks and improve system observability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in an SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure role.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, specifically AWS or GCP.
• Expertise in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on debugging and maintenance experience with containerized applications in Golang, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong automation mindset using Python or Shell scripting to minimize manual operations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with monitoring solutions including CloudWatch, Stackdriver, Prometheus, or Grafana.
