Description

You will provide L2 support and implement AI/ML models within a cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Perform L2 support tasks and conduct gap analysis using error and alert logs.
• Analyze logs and metrics via Splunk, DataDog, AEM Analytics, and AppDynamics.
• Implement AI, AgenticAI, and ML models using Python and specialized frameworks.
• Manage infrastructure and UI components within AWS environments.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and follow modular software design and testing practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including AWS OpenAI and Cognitive Services.
• Experience implementing models using ChromaDB, PyTorch, OpenAI, and LangChain.
• Practical knowledge of Streamlit and Jira.
• Experience with Splunk and DataDog for log analysis and monitoring.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modular software design.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with front-end technologies including Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and HTML.
