Manage production support and infrastructure setup for Appian applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production support and infrastructure setup specifically for Appian applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Appian apps using GitHub.
• Configure monitoring tools to create dashboards and alerts for application health.
• Support data and messaging infrastructure including PostgreSQL and Kafka.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with Appian application infrastructure.
• Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Ability to build CI/CD pipelines, preferably using GitHub.
• Experience implementing monitoring tools for dashboarding and alerting.
• Background working within Finance or Banking environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
