You will ensure the resiliency, performance, and availability of Digital Sales & Marketing platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain platform health by writing code, developing test cases, and reviewing API specifications.
• Represent platform engineering during production outages and lead root cause analysis.
• Eliminate toil and drive efficiency through automation and new technology adoption.
• Monitor application performance using APM tools and create dashboards to track SLAs and SLOs.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, and Infrastructure teams to mitigate platform risks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering or SRE/production support experience.
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Python and Shell Scripting.
• Hands-on work with Kafka, Oracle, and MongoDB.
• Experience with Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in distributed systems, relational databases, and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of APM tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with container orchestration like Kubernetes, OpenShift, or PCF.
• Familiarity with automation tools including Ansible and YAML.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, or UCD.
• Exposure to caching tools like Redis or memcache.
