Description

You will own system reliability, scalability, and performance through technical execution and project coordination.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to maintain system stability.
• Manage incident response and disaster recovery processes.
• Build and maintain deployment pipelines and system architecture.
• Automate workflows using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Coordinate technical projects using structured management frameworks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Software Support, SRE, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, and Ansible.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Strong understanding of software development and deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SRE, ITIL, or Project Management (e.g., PMP).
