Description

You will own the stability and automation of public cloud infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incident management and L1/L2 support for internal applications on AWS.
• Implement automation to ensure environment scalability and optimize operational processes.
• Investigate issues to identify root causes and document prevention strategies.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for developers via ticketing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or platform engineering.
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS public cloud services.
• Expertise in Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Unix shell.
• System administration skills on Unix/Linux environments.
• Experience with SDLC and ability to read Java and Python code.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
• Database management skills (Oracle DBA, Cassandra DBA, CockroachDB) including tuning and backups.
