You will own the operational stability and automation of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) across production systems.
• Maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for key services.
• Contribute to automation of operations, including CI/CD pipelines, incident response, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify reliability risks and improve system architecture.
• Participate in incident response and on-call rotations for critical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and supporting high-traffic digital platforms.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, and Groovy.
• Experience with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience supporting large scale websites, mobile/OTT applications, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness to work onsite and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.
