Description

You will support and enhance observability across production systems, ensuring reliability and performance for high-traffic digital platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SLIs/SLOs for key services and evaluate them for production readiness.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify reliability risks and improve system architecture.
• Automate operations, including CI/CD pipelines, incident response workflows, and infrastructure provisioning.
• Participate in incident response and 24/7 on-call rotations for critical services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience managing and supporting high-traffic digital platforms, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or GCP.
• Solid scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools like Datadog or similar.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
• Understanding of web, mobile, and OTT architectures.
