Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of reliable architectures using DynaTrace and SRE principles.
  • Oversee performance validation processes to ensure systems meet established benchmarks.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python to streamline performance testing and monitoring.
  • Analyze system performance data to identify trends and drive proactive system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve performance bottlenecks and system issues.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required Skills

  • 12+ years of professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in DynaTrace, SRE, and Performance Validation.
  • Proficiency in Python for developing automation scripts and performance testing tools.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture principles for reliability and scalability.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data.
  • Proven track record of successful architectural implementations.
  • Ability to document architectural designs, validation processes, and system configurations.
