You will automate and maintain the resilience, performance, and availability of Digital Sales & Marketing platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write code, test cases, and API specs to ensure platform resilience.
• Proactively monitor application performance using Splunk, App dashboards, and Dynatrace.
• Identify, communicate, mitigate, and escalate risks from operational errors and data integrity issues.
• Drive efficiency by removing toil and adopting new technologies.
• Influence SRE practices across teams to establish a strong DevOps culture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Production support or SRE focusing on platform health.
• Strong experience with Java/JavaScript stacks (Spring Boot, Angular/React).
• Working knowledge of distributed systems, relational, and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with cloud and legacy infrastructure (Azure, PCF).
• Hands-on expertise with automated testing, process automation, and APM tools.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API styles (SOAP, REST, Microservices).
• Working knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Postman.
