You will lead product strategy and the development of advanced analytics capabilities within the Strategic Revenue Management domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead design thinking sessions and gather business requirements to create phased execution plans.
• Execute complex analytical projects to deliver actionable insights and embed capabilities into business routines.
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior and global business leaders.
• Develop processes and tools to monitor model performance and data accuracy.
• Govern strategic partners within the brand ecosystem to deliver impactful projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or related fields.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge of SRM/RGM.
• Experience in the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Expertise in managing full program lifecycles from prototyping to value realization.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external data engineering and data science teams.
• Proficiency in roadmap creation and design thinking for the US market.
• Familiarity with external data sources such as Nielsen, IRI, or Kantar.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Advanced analytical and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience in Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers and associated analytics.
