Description

You will manage system-level validation, failure analysis, and support for NVMe and SATA SSD products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute system-level validation tests for NVMe/SATA SSDs and manage rework activities.
• Reproduce customer issues and provide onsite technical support.
• Perform SSD failure analysis and design experiments to support root cause investigations.
• Automate SSD testing processes to improve efficiency and test coverage.
• Manage lab equipment, samples, and international or domestic logistics.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in the storage industry or enterprise/data center system integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Programming experience in C, C++, or Python.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and written English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with storage/Flash Memory technologies or PCIe.
• Knowledge of server system or flash memory device testing.
• Experience with flash memory device functionality and usage models.
