Description

You will own system and software performance testing, integration, and troubleshooting for Linux-based Android frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute system and software performance test plans aligned with release schedules.
• Integrate end-to-end systems to validate software, system, and third-party deliveries.
• Troubleshoot Android framework services and C++/Java on server-side Linux systems.
• Develop or utilize internal and industry tools to capture and analyze system performance metrics.
• Analyze root causes of complex hardware or network issues and drive resolution during integration phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and Java.
• Hands-on experience with Android framework services.
• Experience troubleshooting in Linux, Networking, and Scripting environments.
• Ability to perform hardware and software troubleshooting on server-side Linux systems.
• Experience with system performance, stress, and endurance testing.
• Perform functional, performance, stress, endurance, recovery, and ad hoc testing.
• Propose and deploy improvements to software processes, tools, and products to increase efficiency.
• Degree in any graduate field.
