Description

You will provide Tier 2 support for Telecom OSS/BSS applications within a microservices architecture, owning the diagnosis and resolution of software bugs and technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software bugs and technical issues for customers.
• Manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution and SLA compliance.
• Implement automation for repetitive tasks and issue resolution processes.
• Perform deployment and integration management functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Core Java expertise, including Collections, Multi-Threading, and Serialization.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and Java 11, including Lambda expressions and Stream API.
• Experience with microservices architecture and Spring Cloud OpenFeign for API integration.
• Experience implementing Spring Security for microservices authentication.
• Ability to design approaches for complex system and network management problems.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ReactJS, integrating components with Content Management Systems, and functional testing.
• Writing unit tests using JUnit and Mockito following a TDD approach.
