Description

Drive automation testing strategies and lead the development of scalable test frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Appium, Python, or Java.
• Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software reliability.
• Identify, report, and track defects while working with developers to resolve them.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for better efficiency.
• Mentor junior test engineers and document test plans, cases, and results.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
• Proven expertise with Selenium and UI-licious.
• Proficiency with version control systems, specifically Git.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to manage quality assurance processes.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Cloud environments.
