SSIS ETL Developer

You will support, maintain, and enhance ETL processes while driving modernization initiatives within a SQL environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing ETL processes to ensure performance and scalability.
• Modernize ETL pipelines to improve integration with modern data platforms and APIs.
• Develop and optimize SSIS packages using CozyRoc for API endpoint and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Integrate big data sources from Cloudera Data Platform (CDP) via HDFS and ODBC.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI.
• Handle advanced parsing and transformation of JSON and XML data within SQL Server.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in ETL development within SQL Server environments.
• Strong T-SQL skills for complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio.
• 2+ years of advanced experience working with JSON and XML in SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Cloudera Data Platform (CDP), including Hive, Impala, HDFS, and ODBC.
• Proficiency with CozyRoc Component Suite for API and Microsoft 365 integrations.
• 1+ years of experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with process automation and job scheduling such as SQL Server Agent or Control-M.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
