Description

You will lead end-to-end data migration projects, transferring large datasets from legacy systems to modern databases.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data migration projects involving datasets over 10M records.
• Develop and optimize ETL workflows using SSIS, SQL Server, and T-SQL, enforcing data governance.
• Oversee project delivery, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct data mapping, transformation, and proofing to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Write complex SQL queries, implement indexing, and tune performance for data efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in data migration and ETL development.
• Expert proficiency in SSIS.
• Strong experience with Azure SQL, Data Factory, and Synapse.
• Proficiency in T-SQL and complex SQL query writing.
• Experience applying data governance and quality principles to transformations.
• Familiarity with Azure AD.
