Description

Design and develop reporting solutions using SQL within SSRS and SSIS environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reports utilizing SQL in SSRS and SSIS.
• Convert end-of-life CEI files from the Comptroller’s Office to PEI files.
• Access and query data across DB2, SQL Server, and Oracle database management systems.
• Develop front-end reporting solutions including drill down, summary, and cross tab reports.
• Manipulate large data sets using statistical software or other technical methods.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience writing SQL reports for SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle databases.
• 2+ years of experience developing procedures and views on SQL Server and Oracle.
• 2+ years of experience with dynamic grouping, dynamic sorting, on-demand sub reports, and cross tab reports.
• 1+ year of experience manipulating large data sets through statistical software.
• 1+ year of experience developing front-end reporting solutions.
• 1+ year of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Excel (pivot tables, conditional formulas, VLOOKUPs).
• 1+ year of knowledge in SQL, Python, or similar languages.

Preferred Skills

• Degree from an accredited four-year college in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, IST, or a related field.
