Description

You design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports and dashboards for loan origination and mortgage servicing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write complex T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract and transform reporting data.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting assets.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data or reporting issues.
• Document report logic, data sources, and business definitions, and support regulatory audits.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing reports using SSRS.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and T-SQL.
• Experience with mortgage industry data, including loan origination systems (LOS) and servicing platforms.
• Solid understanding of the mortgage lifecycle from application through servicing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions.
• Experience with data validation and troubleshooting discrepancies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mortgage platforms such as ICE Mortgage Technology/Encompass or MSP.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting (HMDA, compliance, investor reporting).
