Description

You will manage report lifecycles and administer IT Service Management tools while designing SSRS reports and dashboards for leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support regular and ad hoc reports using SSRS.
• Develop and maintain department dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Administer the ITSM tool, including configuration, data conversion, and system support.
• Manage the full report lifecycle from planning and implementation to review and retirement.
• Monitor and report actual performance against Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and vendor service levels.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in an Operations or Service Desk environment tracking performance metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or similar SQL reporting tools.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Experience tracking and reporting individual, team, and customer service levels.
• Ability to define report designs and manage service level management (SLM) reporting.
• Background in systems administration or tool configuration.
• Degree in Computer Science, Programming, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Knowledge Management tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
