Ship features for AI team products, building capabilities with Python and collaborating across distributed engineering and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features using Python and write robust tests to ensure platform security and quality.
• Design and build new capabilities through collaboration with multiple engineering teams.
• Tackle complex bugs and maintain high-quality code in production environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally across research and product teams to deliver AI products.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Python development and shipping code in production.
• 3+ years of experience solving complex problems using modern AI/ML techniques.
• Experience with large-scale, high-load distributed systems.
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to work asynchronously and communicate effectively across teams.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Developing complex applications leveraging API-based LLMs.
• Training and deploying modern machine learning pipelines.
• Experience with MLOps/AIOps technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Weights and Biases, Airflow, or MLFlow.
