Responsibilities

• Own the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, testing, and delivery.
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable code, enforcing best practices through code reviews and unit testing.
• Design intuitive software interfaces that allow customers to extend and customize functionality.
• Drive the design and implementation of new products and features, enhancing the existing product suite.
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language.
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks: Angular, React, or Vue.
• Strong command of object-oriented design, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at the team level.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization and scale considerations.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record of analytical and design skills in complex system architecture.
• Experience leading technical initiatives with significant risk or ambiguity.
