Description

Coordinate the RFI and RFP process for a statewide door security system upgrade.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and organize technical and IT RFI responses from vendors.
• Score and track vendor information using predetermined evaluation matrices and requirements.
• Coordinate selection reviews, take meeting minutes, and perform criteria tracking for vendor shortlisting.
• Develop and maintain a project plan to sync state requirements with vendor deliverables, training, and site visits.
• Draft communications, status reports, and follow-up surveys to gauge client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination or technical documentation.
• Proven experience utilizing technical/IT RFI or RFP evaluation scoring criteria and matrices.
• Experience facilitating evaluation processes with multiple scoring members for technical/IT RFIs/RFPs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to hold vendors accountable for timelines, deliverables, and costs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and status reporting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and interface with senior leadership.
