Bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions by analyzing enterprise systems and designing enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for new initiatives or enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and conduct impact analysis.
• Support system configuration, testing, and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and reports.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, use case modeling, and process mapping.
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence for requirement tracking and documentation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in business or system analysis.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
