Own the full deployment lifecycle for high-value accounts, ensuring successful onboarding and trusted advisor status.

Lead the onboarding and deployment of high-value accounts through structured project management and relationship building. Manage customer onboarding and deployment processes, focusing on project milestones and timelines. Collaborate with internal technical resources to define project goals, scope, and KPIs to minimize time to value. Communicate project expectations, requirements, and potential blockers to internal and external stakeholders. Lead project teams to remove obstacles and manage technical escalations. Own the customer relationship from day one through full deployment.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer onboarding and deployment processes, focusing on project milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate with internal technical resources to define project goals, scope, and KPIs.
• Communicate project expectations, requirements, and potential blockers to stakeholders.
• Lead project teams to remove obstacles and manage technical escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Support, or Customer Onboarding.
• Proven technical aptitude with the ability to operationalize complex technical requirements.
• Experience managing complex operational goals through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong relationship management skills to drive customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Experience with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and CS workflows.
• Ability to manage project cadences, communication plans, and structured deployment plans.
