You will scale analytics operations and drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analysis and strategic collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis and create visualizations to uncover trends and communicate findings to global stakeholders.
• Design and distribute certified Tableau dashboards tailored to departmental strategic needs.
• Manage and query complex databases, OLAP engines, data warehouses, and data lakes using SQL.
• Transform data findings into actionable strategic recommendations using structured analytical thinking.
• Lead analytics projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in data analysis, advanced analytics, and statistical methodologies.
• 8+ years of practical experience with SQL and Python.
• Proficiency in BI tools including Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
• Experience managing and analyzing large datasets involving multiple terabytes and billions of records.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Strong expertise in statistical modeling, descriptive statistics, and experimental design.
• Proven ability to define KPIs and build self-service analytics solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
