You own the analytical strategy to drive executive decisions across the business.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical techniques to identify causal relationships for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
• Design and analyze complex experiments, addressing distributional challenges to improve accuracy and scalability in growth initiatives.
• Automate analytical pipelines, develop reporting tools, and maintain data codebases for reproducibility and efficiency.
• Serve as the analytical and technical thought leader for analytics, marketing, and growth teams.
• Research and implement new tooling and processes to increase team efficiency and automate manual tasks.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in analytics roles, with 5+ years working closely with growth or product teams.
• Proficiency in statistical methods for causal inference and applied analytics.
• Proven experience designing and interpreting complex experiments, addressing distributional challenges like skewness and kurtosis.
• Strong skills in Python, R, and SQL, with a track record of building scalable, automated solutions.
• Experience converting analytical workflows into reusable tools or packages for team adoption.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex quantitative concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
