Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive, high-performing solutions with scalability and quality.
• Develop tools, libraries, and frameworks with a long-term platform mindset, ensuring modularity and extensibility.
• Collaborate across teams to understand requirements and own code from design through delivery.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new product features while enhancing existing products.
• Manage technical risk at a team level to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java or similar object-oriented programming language.
• Experience building and operating large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong fluency in Java programming, including understanding the Java memory model and garbage collection.
• Experience with streaming systems and large-scale Kafka deployments.
• Proven experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency with database technologies including MySQL, Postgres, Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and related infrastructure.
• Familiarity with data processing frameworks like Flink and Pulsar.
