Description

Lead end-to-end data science projects, from initial business understanding and data preparation through modeling, evaluation, and production deployment of data products.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of the data science lifecycle, including exploratory analysis and model evaluation.
• Deploy data products into production environments following established software quality standards.
• Communicate model results and business value directly to clients.
• Adapt quickly to new technologies and tools based on specific project requirements.
• Follow established team development processes and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in data science.
• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in machine learning or a relevant discipline.
• Expert-level Python proficiency, specifically with Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
• Solid understanding of deep learning techniques and Natural Language Processing.
• Intermediate-level SQL skills.
• Intermediate-level proficiency in C, Java, C++, or C#.
• Experience with PySpark and MLlib.
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI for data visualization.
• Domain experience in telecommunications, government, or banking sectors.

Preferred Skills

• Software engineering experience including OOP, Agile methodologies, and Git.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, and MLOps.
• Professional consulting background and experience with pre-sales activities.
