Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and drive technical direction across multiple frontend teams for merchant platform development.
• Shape how merchants interact with critical account workflows from onboarding to daily operations.
• Design and implement frontend architecture for complex data-rich merchant platforms managing global payments.
• Influence consistency, performance, and scalability of the entire account experience across the platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and backend engineering teams to build cohesive platform experiences.
• Lead technical decisions for core areas including setup flows, monitoring systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Develop and maintain frontend systems for auditing and emerging AI-driven interface layers.
• Set technical standards and best practices for frontend excellence across multiple development teams.

Experience Required: Senior level individual contributor with extensive experience in frontend architecture and systems-level thinking for complex platforms
