You will design and develop a scalable, distributed software platform for disaster recovery and data protection in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a converged compute and storage platform for secondary and tertiary data.
• Lead end-to-end software development and delivery to ensure high quality and performance.
• Architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems to meet complex customer requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and technical leads to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Engage with customers and partners to improve the software and support experience.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in C++ and systems programming.
• Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant distributed or cloud-native systems.
• Deep understanding of clustered, high-performance distributed system software.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery, data protection, and distributed data storage concepts.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum development processes, including DevOps and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or Go.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, MapReduce, Cassandra, or ZooKeeper.
