Description

You will own the technical strategy and execution for core platform engineering initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the developer platform to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Design and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines and development environments.
• Build load testing and benchmarking infrastructure for AI-native applications.
• Drive automation and platform engineering to simplify developer workflows.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, or developer experience.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms including Azure and AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.
• Experience building scalable infrastructure and automation solutions.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

Experience integrating AI-driven tools into the software development lifecycle.
