Description

You will work independently and collaboratively under the mentorship of licensed engineers to design and develop construction plans and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop construction plans and schematics using CAD software.
• Ensure all designs comply with engineering standards.
• Scope projects including custom/semi-custom homes, additions, and remodels.
• Oversee designs for multi-family complexes, commercial buildings, and various structures.
• Handle projects ranging from garages and shade structures to bridges and retaining walls.

Required Skills

• Hold EIT certification (Engineer-in-Training).
• Possess a B.S. degree in C.E. with structural engineering coursework.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
• Show a drive to learn and grow within structural engineering.
• Ability to excel independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all design work.
