You will shape the evolution of the conversational AI platform by building foundational services and enterprise products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational frameworks and services that abstract product needs into scalable building blocks.
• Design and deliver highly reliable, performant, and secure platform components.
• Influence the platform team roadmap and own the evolution of multiple platform areas.
• Partner across engineering teams to deliver cross-cutting solutions and solve complex problems.
• Challenge current approaches and drive continuous improvement of the platform.

Required Skills

• 8+ years designing, building, shipping, and maintaining backend distributed systems.
• 8+ years designing, building, shipping, and maintaining products or platforms.
• Experience building and integrating with API-based platforms, including REST and RPC systems.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices in Python, Golang, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience addressing performance, optimization, scalability, latency, and monitoring.
• Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly to product and cross-functional stakeholders.
