Description

Design and implement core GenAI systems, including LLM agent orchestration and RAG pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of GenAI solutions from concept through production.
• Partner with product managers and data scientists to embed GenAI features into products.
• Provide senior technical leadership and mentorship to engineers across teams.
• Identify opportunities where GenAI creates user value and develop AI-driven features.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software development experience with substantial hands-on AI/ML or GenAI work.
• 2-3 years focused on building applications with LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python and LangChain.
• Experience with Docker and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
• Experience with Jira for project tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or PhD in AI/ML.
• Experience with OpenAI APIs.
