You will act as a technical leader for one or more team domains, driving high-level technical strategy and architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Solve technical problems of the highest complexity and scope for your team.
• Define and improve internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices in a high-scale web environment.
• Identify and resolve technical debt to enable faster team iteration.
• Mentor engineers to grow their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy.
• Decompose complex requirements into actionable proposals and small, manageable deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and JSON.
• Deep experience with REST API design and consumption.
• Practical knowledge of SQL and database management.
• Competency with Bash scripting.
• Proven ability to lead architecture design processes.
• Experience shipping large-scale features with minimal guidance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, Spring, and JPA.
• Familiarity with Vue, LitElement, or similar web component frameworks.
• Knowledge of Excel and AWS/Docker environments.
