Description

You will design and deliver production-grade conversational AI systems for voice and chat at scale.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of major conversational AI platform components.
• Own end-to-end delivery of complex features from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Integrate LLMs, NLU/NLP engines, and STT/TTS components into production pipelines.
• Partner with data scientists to operationalize models, evaluation frameworks, and guardrails.
• Elevate engineering practices through deep design/code reviews and mentoring senior engineers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years designing and building software in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• 8+ years with modern languages: Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, or SQL.
• 8+ years with APIs, microservices, and modern software patterns.
• 3+ years working with cross-functional stakeholders on complex requirements.
• Solid knowledge of conversational AI technologies (chatbots, voice assistants, LLMs).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into production (prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation).
• Experience with Dialogflow, Lex, Rasa, or CCaaS/IVR integrations.
