You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise data technology solutions and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data technology solutions and platforms.
• Ensure adherence to Enterprise Architecture principles, standards, and high-level architectural approaches.
• Mentor and guide technical teams while promoting best practices and methodologies.
• Develop and promote standard operating procedures and policies for operating platforms.
• Coordinate and review the work of technical teams to drive continuous improvement in software development and operational processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and executing enterprise data technology solutions.
• 7+ years of experience with SQL Server, M365, Oracle, and NoSQL database systems.
• Expertise in performance tuning, query optimization, and data warehousing.
• Experience with data transformation and movement using Informatica tools.
• Proficiency in analytics using BI tools such as Microsoft BI Stack, Qlik, IBM Cognos, or SAS.
• Experience mentoring both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficiency with scripting tools such as Batch and PowerShell.
• Working knowledge of Cloud environments (AWS/Azure), Big Data, and Data Virtualization.
• Familiarity with Report Builder, Visio, TRUX database/application, and basic AR/AP knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
