Description

This role requires a senior engineer to drive complex systems and AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize algorithms for AI hardware accelerators (CPU/GPU/NPU).
• Implement core components using C/C++ while adhering to established Design Patterns.
• Debug and resolve complex issues within AI systems and infrastructure.
• Automate workflows using shell and Python scripting across Linux/Windows environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience (Bachelor's degree required).
• Strong understanding of Generative AI models (LLM, LVM, LMMs) and their building blocks (Attention, KV management, GQA, MLA).
• Knowledge of Floating-point, Fixed-point representations, and Quantization concepts.
• Hands-on experience in C++ programming and understanding of OS concepts.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and writing shell scripts and Python scripts.
• Experience with AI and Systems Engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
