Description

You will drive the design and optimization of complex AI infrastructure and hardware accelerator algorithms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize algorithms for AI hardware accelerators (CPU/GPU/NPU).
• Implement core system components using C/C++ while adhering to established design patterns.
• Debug and resolve complex issues within AI systems and infrastructure.
• Automate workflows using shell and Python scripting across Linux and Windows environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI models (LLM, LVM, LMMs) and their building blocks (Attention, KV management, GQA, MLA).
• Hands-on experience in C++ programming and deep understanding of OS concepts.
• Proficiency with Linux systems, including writing shell and Python scripts.
• Knowledge of Floating-point, Fixed-point representations, and Quantization concepts.
• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities for complex system issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI and Systems Engineering principles.
