Description

You will drive end-to-end software delivery for key platforms within a global R&D environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional software delivery and manage engineering portfolios to meet annual product roadmaps.
• Facilitate release planning, retrospectives, and project scoping meetings to ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
• Coordinate complex design inter-dependencies across large, geographically distributed development teams.
• Manage resource planning, reporting, and project commitments while maintaining clear chains of accountability.
• Provide regular portfolio status updates, including risk assessment and issue mitigation, to all stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Engineering Program Management experience managing enterprise software product releases.
• 3-5+ years of experience using Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Expertise in JIRA, ADO, Confluence, and other industry-standard PPM/Agile tools.
• Proven experience managing software delivery in multinational environments across US and India locations.
• Deep understanding of engineering portfolio management, resource management, and SDLB/release models.
• Knowledge of SaaS releases, DevOps transformation, and DORA metrics.
• Ability to establish and roll out new processes within an R&D setup.
• PMP certification.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
