Description

You will lead complex web experimentation and content execution to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex web experiences and manage migrations using content management systems.
• Set up and oversee A/B testing and experimentation using Optimizely or similar tools.
• Coordinate QA, testing, and releases across cross-functional teams.
• Troubleshoot site problems, document bugs, and implement fixes.
• Develop technical solutions to improve platform configurations and build web standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Proficiency with React, Angular 2+, Vuejs, Node, CSS, and HTML5.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Magento, Joomla, Adobe, or WordPress.
• Experience designing and executing web experimentation using data, segmentation, and content.
• Ability to monitor and visualize real-time machine-generated data using Splunk.
• Experience working within Agile or SCRUM environments.
• Strong understanding of UX, SEO, and web performance considerations.
• Proven ability to solve cross-browser compatibility issues.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
