You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of APIs and integration strategies across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture, design, development, and testing of integration solutions and API management strategies.
• Direct all phases of integration independently, ensuring alignment with defined timelines and business needs.
• Design and maintain microservices, service-oriented, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide architectural guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technical staff.
• Document all aspects of APIs and data integrations, including architecture diagrams, flowcharts, and code comments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of applicable experience, including prior leadership experience.
• Expertise in designing and developing integrations using REST, SOAP, JMS, AMQP, and Kafka protocols.
• Strong knowledge of API testing and API management (APIM) strategies.
• Deep understanding of Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Event Driven Architecture.
• Proven ability in systems design and architecting large-scale integration efforts.
• Experience in integration security, authentication, and disaster recovery planning.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical plans and processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, or a related field.
