You will design and build scalable machine learning systems for AI-powered voice and speech applications, bridging research with production solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop large-scale distributed systems for multimodal voice applications.
• Enable product teams to build customer experiences using advanced Generative AI technologies.
• Influence technical direction and provide strategic leadership for AI infrastructure development.
• Mentor engineers and build reusable AI infrastructure to empower cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver robust AI solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI and Large Scale Systems.
• Proven experience with Voice Processing and Speech Recognition.
• Hands-on knowledge of Multimodal AI architectures.
• Experience building reusable AI infrastructure for production.
• Ability to bridge advanced ML research with real-world implementations.
• Experience working with massive volumes of data.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern generative AI technologies and emerging AI tools.
• Background in remote work within collaborative engineering environments.
