Description

You will lead automation, release, and maintenance engineering for the Sling platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation across software development, release, operations, and maintenance stages.
• Deploy and debug cloud stacks while educating teams on infrastructure security.
• Manage DevOps functions and responsibilities specifically for the Sling platform.
• Support and enhance existing tools including Kubernetes, Rancher, and Docker.
• Support severity-based outages during 24/7 shifts following organizational guidelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience.
• Strong experience with Linux Operating Systems and Bash scripting.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker, Rancher, and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools, specifically GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Helm.
• Working experience with AWS.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or cloudinit).
• Programming experience with Spring, Java, Go, PHP, or Python.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud service offerings including OCI or Google Cloud.
