Description

You design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud environments and automation-first solutions for data services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation-first solutions for provisioning cloud data services, integrating IAM, networking, and security policies as code.
• Architect cloud-native and hybrid solutions for Big Data applications, Snowflake, Hadoop, Kafka, and Solr.
• Implement fully automated, resilient, and observable infrastructure adhering to FinOps best practices.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines for cloud infrastructure using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline.
• Optimize Kubernetes workloads, including security policies, networking, and auto-scaling for performance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in platform or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with AWS, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
• Experience managing Big Data ecosystems including Apache Hadoop and Snowflake.
• Deep knowledge of stream processing with Apache Kafka.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and AWS CDK.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
• Implementing observability stacks using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Designing and enforcing security policies, including IAM and encryption standards.
